“Was advised by many "dont buy a cheaper pool cleaner" We bought the Poolbot150 beacuse it was cheaper was available in Australia and has spare parts backup service. OUTSTANDING little device VERY HAPPY here . Does a Fantastic job cleaning our big ol concrete pool .Even our pool maintenance Guy has been impressed and he was recommending much more expensive ones Will buy again Cheers”

“Absolutely love my robo vacuum/mop. I literally get on my phone app while at home or at work at set it to the setting I want and off it goes. Best money I’ve ever spent.”

“Firstly, after being advised that the product had been dispatched and would be delivered prior to Christmas - I was then advised via email that that notification was sent by mistake and in fact it was on back order. That meant no Christmas present for my husband. We finally received the skimmer robot and it only worked for a matter of days before failing. Correspondance with the support team has not led to any solutions. The troubleshoot did not provide a fix and then it was a week before we heard anything - this time being advised it would be escalated to a technician with no timeframes provided. All in all - it has been a very unsatisfactory experience. That experience also comes at a time when the company is now offering the product at a discounted rate to that which I paid. Doesn't make you feel at all positive.”

“Received delivery in December 24. Read the instructions and put it to work in my small rectangular fibreglass pool. It keeps stopping in a corner, seemingly confused, rolling slowly backwards and forwards, but going nowhere. Reported it to Robotmylife and I’m dealing with Mary (via email only with no option to call them). I want to return the unit as everything Mary has suggested has not worked, but so far they have not confirmed that I can do this. I’m back to the skimmer box vac in the meantime and I’m out of pocket $850. Wish I never bothered. I don’t recommend this product.”

“I Purchase a poolskimer ,when it arrived no charger.so I rang to find out why. The answer was that it does not come with charger. The website said it is included. So I sent a screenshot showing it in black and white stating different. (INCLUDED ).After few emails no charger. After reading a few bad email reviews on this company. I myself would not recommend Robot my life .To me it is Fraud”

“Bought a PoolBot B150 Cordless Robot Pool Cleaner in early December, as a xmas special for $790 ...arrived in a few days and iha actually has more functionality than expected/advertised (appears the model was upgraded from what's advertised/video) as it has wifi app to the phone and a range of etting options. It actually appears to be a somewhat rebadged Wybot C1 Pro (according to the software app). Used it about 5 times and does the job very well. Only rating 4 stars as I have not had to deal with after sales service yet.....and hopefully won't need to any time soon. [Originally was going to buy an Aiper for around $900, which appeared to have the same functionality as my "upgraded" Poolbot has now, but ended up cancelling the order after 3 different prices ...the whole customer experience (overseas) has put me off Aiper, including the extra $40+ charged because it's charged as $AU but billed overseas so international credit card charge 4.5%]. This company has an Australian address/shop so looks like it may be better than dealing overseas.”
