Received delivery in December 24. Read the instructions and put it to work in my small rectangular fibreglass pool. It keeps stopping in a corner, seemingly confused, rolling slowly backwards and forwards, but going nowhere. Reported it to Robotmylife and I’m dealing with Mary (via email only with no option to call them). I want to return the unit as everything Mary has suggested has not worked, but so far they have not confirmed that I can do this. I’m back to the skimmer box vac in the meantime and I’m out of pocket $850. Wish I never bothered. I don’t recommend this product.
