Firstly, after being advised that the product had been dispatched and would be delivered prior to Christmas - I was then advised via email that that notification was sent by mistake and in fact it was on back order. That meant no Christmas present for my husband.
We finally received the skimmer robot and it only worked for a matter of days before failing. Correspondance with the support team has not led to any solutions. The troubleshoot did not provide a fix and then it was a week before we heard anything - this time being advised it would be escalated to a technician with no timeframes provided.
All in all - it has been a very unsatisfactory experience. That experience also comes at a time when the company is now offering the product at a discounted rate to that which I paid. Doesn't make you feel at all positive.
