I Purchase a poolskimer ,when it arrived no charger.so I rang to find out why.
The answer was that it does not come with charger. The website said it is included. So I sent a screenshot showing it in black and white stating different. (INCLUDED ).After few emails no charger. After reading a few bad email reviews on this company. I myself would not recommend Robot my life .To me it is Fraud
