“The Moebot worked well until it stopped. The assistance from your company in addressing the problem has been atrocious. I first contacted your company in November and it is now mid February with no resolution. I am not a happy customer.”

“Just dropped my Pool Bot into my Pool and it is doing what it says it does. We have a very odd shaped pool so we are trying to get the right settings. App does not work under water which is a hassle when you dont know that but fine when you do as you can set it just before dropping it in. Had a lot of stuff in the filters after the first run and you can see when it is getting full as the PoolBot lifts at the front. We have a large Beach area which is not suitable for the PoolBot so wall cleaning remains a manual job for us. A shame but that is more to do with our pool than the PoolBots fault. All in all quite happy - Would receive 5 stars from me if it worked in shallow water. Craig”

“I made a mistake and ordered 2 cleaners instead of one. The Company was professional in there approach and refunded the money. The unit itself is operating nicely and I am happy with its operation. Early stages. However I would be be confident in recommending the Company”

“I purchased the PoolBot which has operated brilliantly. The pool water even seems to sparkle a bit more which I believe is the pollen scum and other particles on the surface being removed by the PoolBot. Very happy with the way it operates and have recommended it to many friends with pools.”

“I have been trying to contact the company for further assistance for the last three weeks and have no response The window cleaner hobot has left my windows dirty here then when they were have followed all instructions dry mopped first but it keeps on streaking”

“I purchased the pool cleaner and the solar skimmer, both are excellent products. The skimmer removes almost all debris on the pool's surface and is so easy to use, whilst the pool cleaner is very thorough and also user friendly. I thoroughly recommend each product to any pool owner, they have significantly reduced my pool cleaning routine.”

“I'm so glad that I have the PoolBot surface cleaner. Haven't had to do any physical cleaning since putting it into the pool. The only thing I had to do was add a couple of pool hose weights to the suction cleaner.”

“This is the 3rd robot pool cleaner I've owned and is by far the best and the cheapest! It efficiently cleans the floor of the pool and easily climbs the walls, stairs and ledge. It's much lighter than the others so it's much easier to manage into and out of the pool. Being cordless also helps a lot with handling the cleaner easily. I have 2 minor issues with it. A few times some larger leaves have locked open the flap to the basket, so when I took the cleaner out of the water, a lot of litter fell back into the pool. I now make sure to scoop out any larger leaves out of the pool before using the cleaner. The second issue is that you need to be prepared when wanting to use the cleaner. It takes about 2 hours to charge, so you either need to charge after you just used it, or be prepared to wait 2 hours before using it. A little bit of planning will help with your efficiency.”
