“I buy one of your products and eight days later it still has not arrived. Your company has failed to reply to my email and so has Aramex which was tasked to deliver my purchase. I think your company is very poorly managed and if my product is not delivered very soon I will have to report this scam to the police.”

“Pool skimmer worked for 3 days, now just stuck in forward mode. customer service asking me to do all sorts of test and to take video. Seem to be stalling. It should be as simple as, SIR do you want another unit or a full refund when it didn't last a week. But no it needs to be escalated. Whatever that means.”

“I purchased a robotic pool skimmer from Robot My Life, hoping it would save me time and effort, but it has been nothing but a frustration. The skimmer constantly gets stuck in the same spot, no matter how many times I move it. I end up spending more time repositioning it than I would skimming the pool manually. The suction is also disappointing. Instead of effectively picking up leaves, it just glides past them, leaving the pool as messy as before. For the price, I expected far better performance. It would have been quicker and much cheaper to use a manual skimmer. I regret this purchase and cannot recommend”

“Totally useless. Does not clean pool have had to revert to manually cleaning via pool vacuum hose. Hardly picks up anything. Filter basket is only ever quarter full at end of cycle. Programming function via phone app also does not work. Habe complained to Robot My Life but no response.”

“Not had the opportunity to use the Pool cleaner as it has not been delivered! Ribot My Life took over $700- for a product that was not in stock and any effiort to communicate with the company is ignored, tracking the psrcel non existent. Poor customer service. Cannot recommend at all.”

“WiFi functionality doesn’t work. Think we may have got a dud. Otherwise, works okay. Returns to base a lot even when there’s nothing wrong with it. Not as amazing as everyone raves about.”

“This pool cleaner is not so great. We bought it to clean the finer dust and particles off the bottom of the pool. After you start the cleaning cycle, it work ok initially. However, it does not take much dust to clog it up. Then it starts wheel standing across the bottom of the pool floor after about 5 minutes, rendering it useless until you clean out the filter. I am sure there are better pool pool cleaning products than this. Given that I also had to wait 2wks for delivery, I do not recommend this product.”
