“It is now the 15th of december and I have not received my pool cleaner ordered on the 20th november I am very disappointed advertising delivery within one week when you did not have the stock”

“I didn't have high expectations because of the low price compared to other products on the market. Our pool is serviced and vacuumed monthly by our local pool shop so I only needed vacuums in between our monthly services. We don't like hoses in our pool so don't use our barracuda at all. I thought it would be lovely to place the pool robot in the pool each week while we mowed the lawn so our pool was sparkling clean each weekend. I charged up the pool robot, had low expectations but was thrilled with how it performed. It picked up sand, large and small leaves. I'm very pleased with this purchase. Highly recommend.”

“I never received my purchase of a robot pool cleaner ordered on 6/12/24. The tracking has not updated in over a week now. If I don’t receive it this week I will need a full refund as I need to replace an old broken one (different brand).”

“5 weeks later, still no package delivered, can't get hold of Robot My Life on the phone and no response to emails. This is possibly the worst customer service experience I have ever seen.”

“S100 Robotic Pool Skimmer works very well but I couldn't give a five star due to long delays of delivery over 4 weeks. If delivery took 1 to 2 weeks it would be a Five Star. Also there are some marks on the solar panel and will monitor it”

“Our fibreglass pool has a safety ledge all way round its circumference and integrates with the main step of the pool I.e. 1-1.5 foot below waterline. I was concerned when purchasing if Poolbot would find it an issue however our Merlin (the magician) climbs over with ease and cleans the waterline as advertised. Our first clean, after an hour my wife came and got me and said with a smile of her face…‘I think I’m in love’. Greatest investment we’ve made in recent times.”
