The robot does everything it is supposed to do, very happy with it. The instruction booklet that comes with robot is incredibly confusing and needs improving

Order made on 11/12/23 told 2 weeks then another 2 weeks then another then an upgrade and another 2 weeks now promised in 1 week Can’t tell you about the product must be really good Maybe I’ll review in couple of months when I maybe get it

I order the Poolbot IB50 on 27th November 2022. The product was in stock according to the website. I ordered it from this company because they promised quick shipping and I needed it for xmas. I tried calling the number on their website on 11/12 without success no-one answered. I emailed on the same date asking for an urgent update on my order. On 16/11 I finally received a reply to my urgent email. The reply was passive aggressive and stated that it "clearly states on the website that this is a pre- order product and that stock was delayed but would be arriving next week and should be shipped then. I checked the product page again and it didn't mention anything about being a pre-order item. I then checked all tabs and fine print, finally lost amongst a tiny paragraph in the "item description" on a different page i found a small sentence mentioning pre-order. I replied to the email advising that it was not clear that it was pre-order and had I know that, I most certainly would NOT have purchased it from them. I did not receive a reply to this. I followed up again on 27th Dec, still no answer. Then I get an automated email on 4th of Jan saying order has been shipped. I finally received it on 10th January, this morning. I plugged it in to charge it and it appears to be broken. I rang the office number and received a recorded message saying "your call cannot be answered please try again later". I have also emailed asking them to urgently contact me and am awaiting a reply. I spent $799 on a product that appears to be broken. The customer service is non- existant. I have since read other peoples 1 star reviews and sincerely wish I had read them before I gave my hard earned money to this company!! My advice to anyone is AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE!! Shop elsewhere and save your money and your sanity.

I ordered and paid for a Hobot 388 window cleaner. When it arrived, there was no power cord They sent a cord, but it was missing a piece They sent the missing piece When we assembled it to use, it would not work We sent the unit back for replacement or a refund Now nearly 2 months later, we are getting a "run around" due to their "inspection process". My advise is to not bother dealing with them.. find a more reliable provider

I have a high shredding dog and two cats inside. My entire house is slate floor and this machine deals with the uneven surface extremely well with the exception of one tile. My floors have never been cleaner and I use this every single day

I bought a 2S robotic window cleaner after advice from an online representative of Robot My Life. It performed poorly leaving streaks and marks on our glass windows and doors. I spoke/texted/emailed the company. They have refused a refund. 1. The 2S would occasionally become fixed in one spot and have to be turned off and manually removed. Luckily, I could reach it each time, otherwise I may have had to wait for it to lose suction and fall off. 2. Their special glass cleaner would not reach the glass if there was even a slight breeze. 3. Dry cleaning of the windows with clean pads each time could possibly have made some difference to cleanliness of the windows but the machine still made unacceptable marks and streaks after doing the wet clean. 4. Sometimes the 2S became wedged under the glass door handle. Again, it need to be turned off, removed and restarted. 5. The 2S occasionally only ascended/descended half the glass, would turn around and clean the part if had already been over. It would need to be stopped and restarted. 6. I cleaned the caterpillar tracks between each window - I noticed no difference in the results of the glass. 7. The 2S needed constant supervision as it often stopped in one spot, became wedged or omitted cleaning part of the window. 8. It is extremely noisy and uncomfortable to be in the same room while it is "working". The company said the streaks and marks were due to an oil build up on my windows. The only way that could happen is if the 2S left oil on my windows. I cannot recommend this machine. All my glass windows and doors need manual cleaning AFTER using the 2S. Manual cleaning was quieter, faster and had a better result - no marks and streaks on the glass.

Could not be more disappointed. Was blissfully happy with our ultenic T10 robo vac until trying to obtain spare part under warranty. We now have a vac with centre wheel broken, and does not function without wheel. I have sent 12 emails to 3 departments to no avail and have had 2 unreturned phone calls. What is the point of a great product, if I can’t fix if something goes wrong! Where is the follow up service?

I have been hesitant in buying one for many years but omg it’s actually a lifesaver! It cleans my floor boards so well. They are a dark colour so you see foot prints and all but not with Legee 7. I’ve set it to powerful clean every second day and they look polished! Best purchase. I love it!

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE Ordered TUltenic T10 Self Emptying Robot Vacuum and Mop on Thu, 2 Jun 2022 , Advertised as in stock and 24 hour shipping. 5 days later HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT so I called today Tues, 7 Jun 2022 . I was told there is no stock however operator tried to sell me the previous version instead .This is still being advertised as available and in stock on website and social media (facebook). This is false and misleading. They don't respond to chat emails either) . Asked for refund and now have to wait and could not tell me when i would get my refund.

It's built with quality and looks sleek. Very easy to operate and add the water and replace the mats. I'm impressed by Legee's mop function, which is the reason I replaced my previous robot vacuum. The sound during operations is much less than my previous one. Highly recommended!! Thumb up to Legee!!!

Best purchase ever, definitely value for money. I have hardwood floors and use the tiniest (and I mean tiniest) light spray of diluted Mr Sheen and then set Legee to polish mode (do not add this mix to machine, lightly spray the surface only). I do this every few weeks after a thorough mopping and the floor glistens, be mindful if the weather is warm as you don't want the Mr Sheen solution to dry before Legee gets to it otherwise it will streak. Make sure or wash out your pads thoroughly after use.

I bought a vacuum from them that was great for the first few months. When I had issues though is when I had to deal with their poor customer service. They took about 6 weeks of continuosly following up to then send an incorrect part. I reached out to them and asked for a refund because I don't want to deal with them ever again, but they've rejected it against what I've been advised by the ACCC.

We have had a robotic vacuum / mop for the past 2 years (Roborock) and recently decided the mopping function could be better. After researching I decided the LEGEE 7 was the correct unit. My main decision point was the fact the 2 mopping pads move and create a scrubbing action. I wanted a robot with mopping capability only, but cannot find one, and was going to purchase the next iteration of Roborock, until I came across the LEGEE 7. We have only had the device a few days and already am over the moon with performance. The floors have never looked so polished and shiny when comparing to the previous robot vacuum / mop. The older vacuum / mop will be used upstairs as it still vacuums really well, and downstairs is mainly polIshed tiles and we have 2 indoor dogs that also shed, so keeping clean floors has been a challenge and having these robots available to do most of the work for me is a real bonus. The app is easy to use and the inbuilt programs suit our needs. Very pleased so far with this purchase.
