“WiFi functionality doesn’t work. Think we may have got a dud. Otherwise, works okay. Returns to base a lot even when there’s nothing wrong with it. Not as amazing as everyone raves about.”

“This pool cleaner is not so great. We bought it to clean the finer dust and particles off the bottom of the pool. After you start the cleaning cycle, it work ok initially. However, it does not take much dust to clog it up. Then it starts wheel standing across the bottom of the pool floor after about 5 minutes, rendering it useless until you clean out the filter. I am sure there are better pool pool cleaning products than this. Given that I also had to wait 2wks for delivery, I do not recommend this product.”

“Where is my Robot - I have ordered this but after 10 days also it states it still in Transit Spoke to Customer Service, and they were useless. I cannot write a review if i do not get the porduct”

“Having ordered it on 20 November I am sure I would find it useful ..................... if only it had arrived. It is now nearly four week since ordering. I was advised that there were stock shortages, but, was told it was shippied on 4 December to come from Melbourne to Sydney. It is now twoo weeks later. I am told there are shipping delays. I think you need to change your courier.”

“The vacuum cleaner works (hence the 1 star) and does it’s job but the delivery was (and is still) a nightmare. If I could, I would give Robot My Life a minus 10 rating for the whole process. I‘ve bought the Legee robot vacuum cleaner together with the LuLu tower. As of today, we have still NOT received the LuLu tower and the delivery of the vacuum cleaner was unnecessarily delayed without a proper update on where the parcel is and when it will be delivered. No communication from Robot My Life whatsoever. I would not order via Robot My Life again and would not recommend this company to anyone.”

“We purchased a pool skimmer that never worked from.the time we opened the box. We then spent the next 3 days dealing with an overseas call centre that kept sending us information on how to trouble shoot a robot vacuum. We then were told too return the product for a replacement. We now are unable to speak with anyone at Robot my life. Still waiting for a replacement product or full refund. Strongly recommend NOT dealing with this company”

“Bought the Poolbot 150 - wish I had purchased sooner !!! Fantastic little machine which effortlessly cleaned my pool. Much improvement on the traditional creepy crawly type.”
