We purchased a pool skimmer that never worked from.the time we opened the box.
We then spent the next 3 days dealing with an overseas call centre that kept sending us information on how to trouble shoot a robot vacuum.
We then were told too return the product for a replacement.
We now are unable to speak with anyone at Robot my life.
Still waiting for a replacement product or full refund.
Strongly recommend NOT dealing with this company
