The vacuum cleaner works (hence the 1 star) and does it’s job but the delivery was (and is still) a nightmare. If I could, I would give Robot My Life a minus 10 rating for the whole process. I‘ve bought the Legee robot vacuum cleaner together with the LuLu tower. As of today, we have still NOT received the LuLu tower and the delivery of the vacuum cleaner was unnecessarily delayed without a proper update on where the parcel is and when it will be delivered. No communication from Robot My Life whatsoever. I would not order via Robot My Life again and would not recommend this company to anyone.
