Pool skimmer worked for 3 days, now just stuck in forward mode. customer service asking me to do all sorts of test and to take video. Seem to be stalling. It should be as simple as, SIR do you want another unit or a full refund when it didn't last a week. But no it needs to be escalated. Whatever that means.
