Purchased a Hobot Legee D7 last November. While the machine mopped and vacuumed pretty well it had issues with mapping, inability to return home, failing to clean designated areas. These technical issues continued & significantly impacted the usability & usefulness of the robot. Contacted customer service & provided detailed info on issues and was promised technical support on 28/11/22.
After waiting over December Xmas / New Year period still no response or contact from Robot My Life. Reached out again for support on 20/1/23 and promised technical support but no response.
Overall it may be a decent machine but plagued by technical issues which the company are apparently not interested in resolving in a timely manner. The customer after sales service has been virtually non-existent.
