The mop does a great job, easily cleans up dried coffee stains and cat paw prints from the floor. We had some issues with our original power cord (these things just happen) but within a few hours of messaging Glenn and sending some videos of our setup, he had organized a new cable and express shipped it to us. I was really pleased with how quickly it was all sorted out and I've been using this mop daily since then without issue.
