I HAVE TO SAY, I AM IN LOVE WITH THIS GADGET NOW BUTTT, IT WAS NOT LOVE AT FIRST USE. I have to admit, I was keen to get the windows clean when I first received my Hobot, thinking the job was going to be done after placing it on the window. NOT THE CASE! The videos MUST be watched to get the best out of this machine. My Hobot is in constant circulation of the windows inside and out, so they are ALWAYS clean BUT some smearing still occurs even after constantly changing the pads and washing the tracks. I now, simply use a good quality chamois to clear away the smears and I CAN TELL YOU, THE WHOLE JOB IS SOOOO MUCH EASIER. THANK YOU.
