Machine dosn`t do what they say it does not even close,machine gets stuck all the time and i have to free it up. I still have to clean the pool manually as it dosn`t clean all the floor I am giving tech services one more try to find out why it is doing this then i will be chasing to have my money returned I had an old E10 Maltronics which the cord perished and keep getting twisted so i went for this one,its good it didn`t have a cord but dosn`t clean pool as good as old one did I have communicated with them both live chat and email and telephone but now just email as has to be recorded
