I have experienced it 2 times and both the times I contacted them 2 to 3 months before for some booking and followed up every week, that even cheaper ones within India and UAE. All time they just replied through email saying 'we will get back soon', but till last moment nothing happens. Both the times I booked everything my own last minute to keep my promise to family which is an absolute money waste for me. They are never reachable over phone. The marketing team told me they will be available for any future help, but when I called them for help they were saying 'our duty is just to make you join, now nothing can be done by us, email them and wait for reply'. I have seen some positive comments below, but from my experience I am 100% sure nothing will work out and I request everyone to realize the truth. It's an absolute fraud and scam company for me based on my experience. Pls don't go and take the package and waste your money. If you take the package just think the money is gone.. only option is to go to there office and fight with them to get a package. 10 times if you go you might get 1 package.
