So called Royal Palm Royal palm holidays are the scammers. I have booked their package last year and i have not yet received any package form them. with lots of follow up and calls. their reply is that slots are full and ask us to book the next day and it used to continue the same, until i was frustrated. so, i gave the negative review. the customer care guy called me and threatened me to remove the review else they will not give any packages and they will go to the court. such a shocking incident that i faced. i don't know how this company still operating in Dubai with strict rules. Requesting you all save youself and ur money from this scammer. Customer care is unprofessional and useless, they don't pick the calls and they give you false promises.
