Fake comments and fake user names. Europe tour details and visa appointment in 48 hours. I am yet to get a basic itinerary for a package requested on 30th March23.
Kudus to the staff dedicated to post fake comments to surpass those negative reviews from genuine customers and maintain 4.5. We know how this has been bettered and achieved. It would have been much better if your team have had put in a fraction of this effort to serve and fulfill the customer requests that are assured during the persuading session that's been conducted in various hotel venues. Though been to their office on many compelling occasions, I am yet to witness a customer leaving their office happily. This is a place where the term "Shameless" can be redefined.
I would suggest anyone who are planning to hire service from tour operator to be aware that this is not the right place or the right people to deal with. They suck your money upfront the very first meeting giving a lot of false assurances and commitments. In reality, you will not succeed in grabbing any package and will be made to visit their office, keep writing email, making phone calls indefinitely. They have standard templates for all your emails, standard telephone response and shameless faces to show when you are there in person. I can assure that better services can be availed from operators with so called less professionalism wherein you will be able to plan and execute the trip as per your schedule. Also, you will be at peace, pay them only after the services are confirmed.
I tried touring Austria, Czech during the month of Sep’22. Send email for the same and waited for response for a couple of weeks. Nothing came in except the standard template response, so visited them in person. Then the visa processing team woke up and asked for NOC, bank statement and gave the earliest date of appointment which was falling after my travel plan. They delay this response purposely and finally we withdraw the package.
Again, tried Turkey package in december’22. Send an email request with travel plan date etc. It was a repeat of earlier experience. Visa team got a slot for appointment earlier than the travel date, but they were not sure the visa will be issued before travel date. So had to withdraw again and then send another request for Zanzibar since, there was visa on arrival for Indians. Yet again, no response from RPH. They were unable to provide an itinerary, accommodation details which I insisted before booking my flight tickets, because I had no trust in RPH. Once again, withdrew my travel plan.
After a brief, with expectations send new request on 30th March to trip Germany and Netherlands. An advance notice of 85 days for this professional company to plan, share the itinerary, accommodation, and process visa. As usual again, the executives slept over it until, I visited their office in person. On 52nd day, the visa executive responded asking for documents with earliest visa appointment in September’23 whereas my planned travel date was in July’23. If they had acted on time, I would have got appointment earlier aligning with my travel plan. If there was any genuine issue, like the embassy stopped accepting application or any stuff of that sort, I still had all the time to look at other alternate destinations. As far as the itinerary and accommodation, this time again they didn’t share it just because they don’t have any vendors or tie up with any properties in Germany and netherlands.
RPH has exposed their inability to plan a holiday despite a three-month notice is clear intention of their underlying motto “Fly by the night”.
