Extremely worst tour providers they scam you take the package saying its a good deal and you will get emi options and emi will be refunded and they will tell you about their khaleej times award n all . Dont fall for it that advertisement is paid one and whatever the sales person tell is fake once you take package their call center and their will make your life worse for any reservation they will not reply or do anything until you follow up with them for 100 times and their call center is least bother to look up your queires and reservation especially their relationship manager ms. Khan is worse and false in her words don't ever listen to her at all . Get the full refund asap if within 7 days they will torture you throughout the service of you take. I have taken the package now i am suffering from it literally the worst decision of my life. Also all the good review which you are seeing are all paid once by Ms. Khan if you go to your office you will know Ms. Khan telling delivery guy and people to put reviews about them and they give them something. I had plan azerbaijan tour with them from package for 7 days they provide tour facility only for 2hrs walk in city tour which cost is only 100aed and they take charge almost more than 2000aed from me and all ticket and visa expenses was my own and if you asked them itinerary details they will not provide you till the take of travel and if you follow up they will not even schedule your trip or call you to confirm it.
