I was invited by them at their Trap Place made at “FOUR POINT HOTEL BY SHERETON SHARJAH” 9th Floor. I went there with my Wife and attend by ANURAG & DARSHANA they showed us a very ROSY PICTURE with full of False commitments, they offered us Local Activities like “Ferrari World, IMG World, Burj Khalifa Top, Atlantis Water Park etc” along with International Holiday Hotel package and Umrah Package. Recently my family came to UAE on visit Visa, So anyhow I have to spend some money on these activities due to which I fall into their Trap. Initial Offer was 50 Nights for 4 Persons (2 Adult and 2 Kids) in 10,000 AED and after negotiation we agree on 2500AED for 25 Nights. Before buying this package I clearly asked them that I am paying to avail Local activities before 15th June because my family will go back and after that this package will be of no use to me and they make all commitments and assured us that after 3-4 days of package activation you can start availing these activities. So I paid them 2500AED and got call from their reservation team and they provide me list of activities which is approx. value of 50DHS per person like Dubai Frame, Miracle Garden, Dhow Cruise etc, When I demanded for IMG World or Ferrari World he started giving me excuses and unable to provide anything which is on higher price. Then I called Anurag he didn’t picked up my phone nor revert on message, by the time I got an Idea that I am be fooled by them, But I tried my best and made rigrous follow ups on mail because “OFFICE NUMBERS NEVER ANSWERED” I was after their life because 2500 DHS Date: 28th May’23 Again I went to the same place as a new customer and again they started committing the same false commitments this time the persons were Gaurav and Naresh. After listening to their all false commitments I asked Naresh that I want Burj Khalifa, IMG World / Ferrari World and Stay in Queen Elizabeth Can you give me assurance that it will be provided before 15th June, His answer was YES. Again I confirm and he was very confident that yes it will be available. Then I asked a question that these activities are for new customers or old can also avail, so he was suspicious and answer yes it is available for all, then I disclosed that I am your member I have bought package from you inspite of it why you people are not providing me if it is available. Somehow Naresh seems to be gentle and showcase as want to help me, he asked me to come day after tomorrow I will help you. Then I went as per his given day and time and Gaurav escort to their office and handed over to Sahil and Sam or Sameer, 2 more same frustrated customers joined me and I was shocked to see the behavior of these 2 guys, They were literally mocking us and smiling on our faces , I feel that they trying to say that you are fool people and later on they say the same thing. They tell us we don’t have any slot till Aug and they say that SALES PEOPLE DO FALSE commitments to sell their product, they were trying to justify and accepted that yes we do business in this manner only. They say that you want to go legal go or do whatever you want to do. I started feeling helpless because if we go legal then we have to pay file opening fees which is more than 2000 DHS and legal advice fees and other charges, SO I thought that better take whatever best can take So I agreed on low cost activities also which I never wanted. They are well trained Frauds and they know how to handle, after paying them you can not do anything because you don’t want to pay further if you go legal against them. I know atleast 15 people who are befooled by them I can give their contact details So with my little Professional Experience and after meeting them I got to draw their business model. Customers are categorized in 3 categories Category A: (60% to 70% Customers come under this category) Nothing to provide service Or give 10% to 25% of Paid Amount and after that customer will forget Category B: (20% to 25% Customer come under this category): Provide Service to the value between 40% to 60% of Amount paid by Customer “ This is to those who made rigrous follow ups and not ready to give up” Category C: (only max 5% Customers): Who Paid big amount and ready to go legal and they settle the case outside the court. So they are making more than 70% profit effectively from our hard earned money people like us. I am a fool of category B. So Do not Fall in their Trap, Do your research first and believe on Verified Reviews only.
