Royal Palm Holidays lured us by offering us free gifts and then very convincingly sold us their fake holiday package by showing us tall claims how they are connected to all 5 star Hotels and resort across the world. Each time we tried to book a holiday with them, whether peak or nonpeak days we were never provided the service. They always asked for other days and any hotel of their choice. I feel like we have paid our hard earned money to plan our holidays as per their availability and not according to our wish which they had promised. Pathetic customer service, never pick up any calls. DON'T FALL TO THEIR TRAP. THESE PEOPLE ARE FRAUDS.
