Guys- Dont fall for their positive reviews. ITS A TRAP. They have hired a team for PR work and also their own staff do this. You can easily make out from their pattern and praising. Also the replies to those recent reviews were given months back, which means those reviews are recently edited to coverup negative review. Attention - UAE government /Public (Please read this fully. Its 100% true and i have all the proof and i can show you 100 customers atleast) My number- 0551074416 This company is a 100% fraud company. I have invested 10000aed and same way 1000s have invested 10K,20K aed and more. You have to literally beg for to get a service from them. Im supposed to get 42 days service and up to now (in 1.5 years) I got just 4 service (9 days) and for each service i have to send 50+ emails (literaly) and visit their office multiple times and even post reviews. Then they call for comprimise and make me delete the review and then again deny service for next 6 months. This is a repeating process and they seems to challenge the customer. They even told directly like Do you expect us to grand service at such low cost!!!!! I can give all the proof to you with emails and whatsapp chats/msgs. A NEW PERSON SHOULD NOT FALL IN THEIR TRAP. I request everyone of us to come together and complain to tourism authority and in Thasheel or via legal advocate. ALL IM DOING HERE TO MAKE UAE GOVT AWARE OF SUCH A FRAUD COMPANY AND STOP ANOTHER VICTIM I urge all of the people to come together and fight this scam together.
