I am the victim of 8000 AED,To book anything you need to send 100 mail, you need to reschedule your plan until the year end. I requested to book a holiday on June for the month of July on the occasion of summer vacations of my kids,after following it up more than 10 times, just today they replied that I have to wait until 30th October just to know the possibility. I have to reschedule it after 30th October and they will check if is available or not. This is the service by Royal Palm holidays!!!
