CAUTION PEOPLE ⚠️ : Avoid this travel agency at all costs....! This travel agent has been a complete nightmare. They took our money and promised many great services, but they have not fulfilled any of our single request. It has been over a year and half, and we have not received any of their services. When we asked for a refund due to lack of their services they are saying that amount paid is non refundable. Their customer service is terrible and their management team do not even respond despite of multiple emails addressing to them, and they do not seem to care about their customers at all. It's very clear that they're not a legitimate travel agent but rather a scam. I strongly recommend avoiding this travel agency. They are dishonest and unreliable. Look for a reputable travel agency instead. This one is just a waste of time and money.
