Let me share one of my experiences, and I plan to post more to warn others. I had the most horrendous experience with Royal Palm Holidays, and I feel compelled to share my terrible ordeal. I paid a substantial sum of 10,000 dirhams for a supposedly luxurious holiday package, only to find myself in a nightmarish situation. After multiple email communication they had given Two days stay in Holiday Inn Dubai. When I arrived at the Holiday Inn Dubai, which was included in my booking, I was met with the shocking news that my reservation had been canceled. I couldn't believe it! I had confirmed my booking with Royal Palm well in advance and had been eagerly anticipating my stay. The Royal Palm Holidays team had assured me that everything was in order. What a blatant lie! Instead of the Holiday Inn Dubai, they "graciously" provided an alternative hotel. However, The replacement hotel was rundown, dirty, and nowhere near the standards I had expected from the package I purchased. It was evident that Royal Palm Holidays had misrepresented the accommodations and had no intention of fulfilling their promises. The entire experience felt like a scam orchestrated by Royal Palm Holidays. They took my hard-earned money and left me with a subpar vacation, completely ruining what should have been a memorable trip. I cannot express my disappointment strongly enough, and I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to steer clear of Royal Palm Holidays. They are nothing but a dishonest and unscrupulous company that preys on unsuspecting travelers. Avoid them at all costs! My next unfortunate experience will revolve around their failure to reimburse the EMI interest they had promised, highlighting yet another reason why I strongly urge everyone to exercise extreme caution when dealing with this company.
