Holidays at Royal Palm are a complete scam. Please refrain from investing your hard-earned money with Royal Palm Holidays since they will only defraud you and waste your money. After taking your money, they don't return your calls or even reply to your emails. They only fulfill your one or two requests a year after so many calls. In any hotel, you are treated like a pauper if you are fortunate enough to stay there. Please don't rely on good feedback. I have no doubt that they coerced their employees to make complimentary remarks. I'll file a case shortly. Very soon Any one who are in a same boat do file a complain seriously. Take stand for your own mental peace and your precious money.
