I'm one of their customers since 2021, and I have used just 02 days out of my 30 days package. These people are very very sluggish in replying to mails and very very seldom receive phone calls. I wanted to have a bit of information on their tie-ups with hotels in bangalore, so I decided to visit their so called office in Sharjah. To my shock, Baladia has sealed their office door a few days ago. We (All the customers) need to approch the local authorities to seek justice.
