I decided to use Rugged Radios for a compact IP rated radio and intercom system for my fire department's UTV. The quality of the products are excellent and the customer service was great. I had an issue with the intercom and it was handled immediately with no hassle. The radio programming software is easy to use. I also purchased a SW meter and tuned the antenna to maximize transmission power. Great products & service. Highly recommend.
