“Since i bought my first pair of headsets (an RA200 with articulated mic boom) i wanted them to last, and they have, just replaced the mic muff and a new pair of ear gel seals and they are like new. I've made them as comfortable as i needed them to be, since 2017 as a private to date as a commercial in cargo flights, now as my stand-by ready to work pair, sound is as clear and the mic is as crisp clear since new. I recommend these headsets and all accesories. The ear cloths are a must to fly fresh. Blue skies and thank you, i am a big fan.”

“My exisiting radio was out of date and not working. Rugged radios allowed me to trade in the old radio for the must current addition with a substancial discount. Their products and customer service is outstanding. All of my riding buddies have already purchased their products from Rugged Radios.”

“I have 2 sxs and a a sxs touring co. The radios work great for my needs and are very reliabe. I just recently purchased a new ket for my kawasaki 1000 and relized after I installed it that the connectors for the helmet are different. It would hae been good to know that when i purchased it. Now i think i need an addaptor to ise the blue connector and the gray connector when im in a different car.”

“Great service great product. Bought a pair of new BTH headsets to replace my 8 year old pair (that still work great) from a local utv dealer. One of the mics wasn’t working right. One of rugged’s team was out at a utv rally I attended. In 3 minutes he had the issue found and fixed. Great employees. Great service. The service guy also went out and helped a stranded rider and got him and his rig back.”

“I had received a defective product. I filled out the return form and before I could even get the return in the mail I received a phone call saying "don't waste the postage and trouble to return the defective product, there is no need and we will send you a replacement right away". Great and friendly customer service. I wish I could remeber the persons name that called but it meant a lot for someone to reach out when they did'nt need to.”
