“Was having an interference issue, techs worked with me a d even offered to have a field tech come to my house (Arizona). I was able to track it down on my own before that was necessary. Hint: don't put you programming cable close to your ignition!”

“After installing my new intercom and G1 radio it would not transmit voice using the push to talk (PTT). All of the other functions worked fine including receiving voice transmissions with the headsets. I talked with the service technician and they quickly sent out a new G1 radio. Now the PTT works great. I am very happy with the Rugged Radio system and their fantastic service department.”

“I have a Jeep 4xe and my friend called Rugged Radio when the issue of wiring came up. They were very helpful and said that they could make a special cable that would allow easier installation. In the end, he did a custom install. Radio works great when my club is out exploring.”

“I purchased the Nitro Bee Extreme. I drive a sprint car occasioinally; however, the main reason was my role in Race Safety at several dirt tracks. The headphones were outstanding - remained in my ears, did not require a lot of volume to be heard and the unit itself was simple to operate and easy to read the display. One ear of the headphones quit working within a few races so I will be purchasing another set”

“My radios were programmed by your staff so they could add a private channel. They must have erased everything else because now I can’t pick up anything besides the channel they programmed. 🤦🏻‍♂️”

“I originally messed up and ordered the G1 UHF set up and needed the M1 VHF to run with the rest of my group. I called and spoke with Owen and he was fantastic. Reassured me I wasn't an idiot, and it happens all the time. He even had an M1 setup that had been returned for the exact same reason, so he was able to sell it to me at a discount. Shipping was fast and the order tracking was great. Radio install was simple. A quick test call with my buddy a few miles up the road and we were in business. Radio has worked flawlessly everytime we've used it. Unit is well built, and should give me years of use with no problems. You guys are awesome!”

“For the shipping cost, it should have arrived sooner. Fedex kept displaying different delivery dates. As for the speaker itself. Not what i thought it was going to be. Build seems rugged enough but the amplification feature is lacking in my opinion. Clarity is also somewhat disappointing. I have tried it on 3 different sds200 and i sds 100 and a bcd 536. So it is not the scanner. I am going to keep it because it is too much work to return. But i would not recomend it to any of my friends.”
