After installing my new intercom and G1 radio it would not transmit voice using the push to talk (PTT). All of the other functions worked fine including receiving voice transmissions with the headsets. I talked with the service technician and they quickly sent out a new G1 radio. Now the PTT works great. I am very happy with the Rugged Radio system and their fantastic service department.
