“I have their helmet blower that I love. I also have their raceceiver. I wish the raceceiver would come with the mono/stereo adapter. Their customer service was awesome when I did have an issue.”

“Max volume in headset is not loud enough for using at race track. Sometimes I can barely hear the audio from my scanner over the sound of the engines. If I try to swap to my old headset, the volume is much louder, or using earbuds for audio and putting headset on over the earbuds.”

“1 of our headsets is not as clear wheb we talk through it we always have toset them off to the side and grab another one ....we struggle to communticate when our driverf is on the other side of the oval track.....we have to wait until he is passing right in front of us...its a one mile oval track ...we just assumed we would be able to communicate where ever he is at on the track. but in general happy with our 6 set ups”

“Unfortunately, it took a bad review to resolve the issue of verified defective headset. But Rugged did come through and stood by their product, which why I selected Rugged Radio and Intercom to begin with. Thanks guys for taking care of this!!”

“I would have given a 5 star. If you would have offered a raido mount that let you get rid of the idiot lights and put the intercom in it place. I modified the plate to make it work.”
