“Love the headsets. The delay from the time you push the "push to talk" button till the mic picks up your voice and it is transmitted, can be a hazard. Or I just have a bad button. Wish you had a break away antenna. I am on my 4th one. I am still missing a helmet from my last order. 208.631.5428 or uni.investors@gmail.com”

“Overall it's been a good experience. I've had problems with the charging cables for my handhelds. 1 went bad so I bought a new one and now 1 of those isn't working. I just charge them at home so they're never out of the house”

“First of all the customer service is incredible. I understand this is a race radio company first but when being heavily advertised as a play system for normal people as well but when selling a stereo intercom the quality of speakers, especially the helmet headsets, is awful and the accessory offerings are not that great either. I understand building for the highest buyer which is racers but if you're going to advertise for the other markets it should be tuned for that market as well. If you're going to offer a stereo system at least make the speakers worth using or offer adapters to be able to use good earbuds or something. Without a windshield the vox is a little too sensitive as well. Trying to get it to where it will activate upon voice and not wind noise is a very razors edge with the intercoms.”

“The positive experience I've had with rugged radio is how quickly they ship and get the product to their customers. The thing that is less positive is their pricing. They own the market and pricing reflects just that. I always feel I am over paying for their products.”

“More of an observation than complaint. The headsets are pretty snug and uncomfortable to wear for long periods of time. Sound and VOX work as expected.”

“I bought the STX blue tooth stereo radio and intercom system. the grey adapter on one side was defective. I was unable to get anyone help me replace under warranty so I bought one at retail. The system works well but the adapters are easily damaged and they are so long it is easy to hit them in my case with the seats, so location of install for the jacks is limited. Sound quality is good. Radio clarity could be better. Intercom clarity could be better. Using behind the head STC head sets on a teo seater.”
