“Love the system. Thank you Rugged Radio fore the great price as well. The only thing that was missing was installation instructions. The kit fit ferfect in my YXZ1000....pretty cool.”

“your shipping is no good still waiting for shipment have not recieved not knowing when if I dont hewar anything by Monday4/22/2024 I wll be asking for a refund. I have been tracking fedex it show still in Chinco CA been that way since first got info about shipping. This is not fun not knowing where my package is that I purchased.”

“The radios have been great. The batteries don’t last a day. We don’t transmit a lot and they still die fast. I bought the larger battery it seemed to be better.”

“When we first bought our radio the intercom was not working correctly, resulting in a constant “open mic” problem. You fixed it under warranty and now it works great and we love it.”

“Well I have had in the past for 17 years one of your competitors products (radio & Intercom with 4 head sets. I didn’t have a single problem the whole time I owned the car. Unfortunately with Rugged I’m on my second radio and as of today my 2 intercom. I doubt that I’ll go 3 rounds !!!!”

“First off we enjoy having a car to car system and also the ability to talk to each other while off roading. My only complaint is I personally don’t have much knowledge about how to find different channels when asked to go to a certain channel. I’ve looked on different sites and still have not found much on a how to video …. Maybe it’s just me but that would be my main complaint with Rugged….”

“Customer service is great . Had 2 issues that I had to send my ptt button in , and on my radio the ptt wasn’t working , they fixed them no questions asked and sent them back quickly”

“A group of us purchased our radio systems from Rugged Radio last year. It was our hope that it would benefit us to have good communication between each other out in the desert. Unfortunately that hasn’t been the case each time we’ve gone out. It seems that there is always someone who can’t communicate with the others. We’ve been trying to figure out the problem(s) as these were not cheap radio systems. After contacting Rugged Radios technicians, they sent instructional information on our radios that hopefully will help. I wish I could give 5 stars but for the price of these radios, most of us haven’t been 100% sold on the quality. Sorry”
