“Great communication and customer service. Headsets are a great addition to my Polaris General. Makes communication and noise reduction much easier and clear. Although a little bit of an investment it is all worth the money.”

“The product seems good, and I appreciate that you are based in the US. However, the customer is paying a premium for a rebadged product that is available directly from the manufacturer at a significantly lower price. It would be nice to have additional justification for paying a premium.”

“Overall great experience. Rugged radio contacted me about my order that I had in my cart on line. Asked what was keeping from purchasing. After helping me get the right system together it was much less than what I had chosen. I bought it. When I had a technical issue service department guided me in the right direction to get my system fully functional. Looking to my first ride with family that has the same radios to make communication more enjoyable.”

“It would have been good to know that the system would not connect with RideCommand as it is advertisd in your website. Using Bluetooth from my phone gets very low output from the system”

“I purchased the stand alone hand held radio and the two head sets made more for nascar or communication between the two of us. The Radio came with a plug in mic/head set connection and was told and thought I could plug it into my head set that I purchased from RR. The mic and ear phone plugs must be reversed as there is no speaker that links into the head phones. I dont have a problem clicking the mic button on the radio, but thought and was hoping that I could hear people calling me on the head set.”

The headsets you purchased are meant to be used for headset to headset communication between spectators. It could also be used with a race receiver to listen in on race ops or your favorite driver. “The good side is my wife and I can chat all day long, we listen to great Bluetooth music, and we can chat with other riders. The down side is the radio doesn't reach out very far, couple of miles in fairly flat unobstructed line of sight terrain at best, a few hundred yards at worst in canyons and mountains, and a small delay before you can talk to other riders, not really game changer.”
