“Great customer service!! We ordered two helmets and mine did not fit correctly. I called and spoke Reid G. in Customer service. He worked with me to get the correct size helmet and worked with me on the return of wrong sized helmet. On our first ride with our new helmets, I had a small problem with my speaker on the right side not working. I e-mailed Reid and he called us directly. Ends up we just were using the wrong wire connection. Our first ride out with our new helmets was with a group of 12 UTV's. A very very dusty ride but not for us. The helmets worked GREAT and we didn't breath in any dust. We love our new helmets.”

“This headset is great!! I can hear clearly and I have no connectivity issues. The only thing is you have to be careful to keep the nuts tightened to your preferred adjustment setting because with the shifting in your case, they'll come loose and you'll end up pieces in your case. Other than that, it's a great starter/passenger headset. I'll recommend it for anyone.”

“No complaints, I wanted a set of wireless twoway headsets to use during the nascar races. Researched and found out what needed. Any questions I had I just called and got some guidance. I had to have one set sent back because the 3.5mm jack was broken. No Hassel sent a new one quickly and works great.”

“Havent had a problem with the radio that wasnt my fault. Pretty clear just the intercomm seems like even at a stop you have to almost yell at whomever is ridding shotgun. Other that that? Guess id have to say Id buy them again!”

“I just restored my 1997 f350 and there was no way I was going to drill holes in my truck to mount an antenna, I was flabbergasted when I found that rugged radios makes a factory location antenna mount for the obs ford. Looks amazing and works great.”

“Installation was easy, the headsets work great. Did seem that the last UTV in our group of 8 had a hard time hearing us we were on channel 1-25 going to try channel 22-25 next time hopefully the helps.”

“We have had a lot of trouble with radio. In car works fine- but with car to car I can hear my friends great- but they can hardly hear me and I am basically chewing foam while speaking into the microphone. Not thrilled so far.”

“I have had trouble with my radio for over 2 years. I recently discovered the mic was bad. I ordered the mic and it was shipped super fast , seems to have fixed my problem. I did have to pay for it.”
