Well was good and bad the bad was the part did now work in the 2024 Subaru but the excelent response by rugged was very impressive and it was a pleasure doing business with them and hope to continue as needs arise.

install was very straight forward and with the help of a few people on youtube it was in. more in detail install videos would be appreciated

Customer Service was excellent really helped putting together the right system for my use. Radios are amazing in range and usability. Went from a helmet/headphone based system to Rugged system , not even close. Install was easy but not without questions which were answered quickly and work perfectly .

I sent my motor back for my helmet blower to have yall look at it.... was supposed to be returned and still haven't heard anything. Ended up having to buy a brand new one after 2 months

The indash base station needs a better port plug weather. Mine broke and is missing, allowing the elements to get into the port. Any way to get a replacement or two or three?

I bought a moto kit from your guys at the Chapparel monster lot sale along with a ptt button that one of your Guys said would fit however it doesn't, I've tried emailing and calling and using the questionaire on your website yet I haven't received a response

Customer service was great, although it would have been helpful to have been given better instructions on what to order for my set up. My only real complaint is that other radios can not hear me very well even with volumes up and almost eating the mic. Too much ambient noise and I have to yell to maybe be heard. Hoped for a little better quality there.

First, I would like to say thank you to Candice; she was professional and polite. I called to ask if the M1 handhelds were compatible with the M1 radios. I’m sure customers call and ask the same questions every day, but Candice answered it like it was her first time hearing this question. I appreciate that. Right after Candice asked what I was trying to accomplish. I mentioned to her I was just trying to talk to other vehicles without trying to break the bank. She gave me a bunch of recommendations, which is awesome! I ended up buying an M1 handheld, mount, hand mic, and an antenna extender. I will definitely come back in the future to purchase more items. Thank you once again for great customer service.
