Customer service was great, although it would have been helpful to have been given better instructions on what to order for my set up.
My only real complaint is that other radios can not hear me very well even with volumes up and almost eating the mic. Too much ambient noise and I have to yell to maybe be heard. Hoped for a little better quality there.
