“Radios themselfs are pretty good. but the hand set mic was too quite and when I tried resolving it with the tech team, it took a few months of back and forth only to get a conclusion that, thats how the mic is. I did get a store credit, that was nice.”

“I ordered a hand held radio for my trip in my rzr as my buddy had your radio's installed in his rzr when i received my radio it didn't have an antenna so i had to quickly express ship an antenna i found on ebay in hopes it would make it for my trip it did the very day before i left on our trip we tried to communicate through the radio's and was an epic fail wether it was his set up or we just didn't know how to operate them we didn't waste any more time trying to figure it out radio seems pretty complicated we ended up using cheap frs radios the entire trip had me wondering why i spent so much on a radio”

“We use our radios for communication between our heavy rquipment operators. These radios take a beating, but have held up the past 4 years very well! We have had to replace the head strap a couple of times because the part that wraps around each earpiece is a little light on material. We have also had a small issue with the mic cord connection at the headset, but that is typical with what working conditions these radios are being put through. Overall we are COMPLETLEY satisfied with our purchse!!”

“I would have given a 5 star. If you would have offered a raido mount that let you get rid of the idiot lights and put the intercom in it place. I modified the plate to make it work.”
