“Candace was incredible helpful and knowledgable. Apparently an order through Amazon was delayed and waiting payment althouh it has been submitted. She took the reigns and got me set up with the radio I ordered and shipped it out same day”

“I actually received a radio that would not transmit. Your tech support was very helpful, making sure it was not a problem with my installation. Being very respectful through the whole process. And were very quick with a replacement radio.”

“Highlights =. Nice and clear and loud easy to use. Tweaking = . Red or green back light would be great !!! The orange works still tho Lastly a jl over head above rear view mirror is mounting option would be awsome I still have a Cb but had to move for your mounting system. Awsome radio tho great quality”

“Really wanted these to work for communicating with other RVs traveling with us. Even with extended range antenna could only hear clearly about 200 yards. Talked with techs and vendor at show. Have made all recommended changes including new antenna, but still not working over 200 yards and in site of vehicle your talking to. Left us stranded when we had a mechanic issue and other vehicles could not hear us even though we could see them driving away. Very frustrated with these.”

“The support from the guys at Rugged Raidios is fantastic. They helped me get setup. Had a few initial equipment problems and they shipped replacements straight away. I chose to use and purchased 2 of their MOTO-BT2 helmet setups on full-face helmets with my own ham radios for use with another ham buddy on our new BMW motorcycles. After intial setup, which is not trivial on the BMW, I was able to listen to media, make and receive cell phone calls, and get directions from the GPS without any issues while moving or sitting still. Bike-to-bike comms while moving more than about 15mph is a dfferent story. The voice transmission comes thorugh, but it's picking up so much noise that it's not readable. We eventually resorted to transmitting to alert the other rider, then hold up a hand to indicate we needed to slowdown (considerably) to be able to get the message to the other rider. It wasn't ideal, but it did work and was useful on our 7-day ride through the Ozarks in AR and MO. I know that there are others who are successfully using these and many are using their own handheld ham radios, so I plan to continue to try to find a solution with the BT2. And before you ask, I do have 4 of my radio model and have swapped them out to make sure it's not one particular radio. It is possible that the brand radio I own has different filtering than radios provided by Rugged and theirs may filter out the wind and road noise, although one would think that the full face would elimintate most of it and, the phone works just fine.”

“The highlights were customer service, don't know what needs tweaking and the equipment has been stellar. The YouTube videos are helpful, they helped me install coms in my helmet. I will be installling the air filter in the next couple weeks but so far everything has been great”
