It's nice not having to stop to have a discussion with other vehicals. Car to car comunication is great.Rides just go smoother. In car communication is nice (no screaming mostly), exterior nosie is reduced, more of a pleasant experience.

Everything was great for the install of the radio and intercomm, but the power wires were a little short. I had to add 5 feet to make it to the battery.

I have a set of a well known competitors GRMS radios and the Rugged Radios are a superior handheld radio. The others always made me feel I was using a set designed for children, whereas the RR set is a definitely for the big boys!

ON like the other radio companys I get a problum with one of my radios I can call you and you helped me reprogramed my radio and we movedon midland radio you email the problum and wate for a replay cobera states you can talk 35 miles but leaves you out as to how that is why I went with you and will allways put you first in line I love the way your guy comes on utube and takes the radio apart to so something to everyone keep doing it it workes and let's rap up this year and move into the next year together

I have purchased several of the car chargers for the handheld radios. They do not last one or two charges, and then the cable will not charge any longer. The handheld will not even get out a half a mile range.

I hate all the cables. You need to have blue tooth compatibility. The range is not as expected either, I think we had the same or more range with CB

I bought the M1 kit with 2 head sets but only received one set of cables for the helmets it relly screwed me up on why it would not pair with each other, lucky I bought a helmet it had a set with it soo all is good.

Ear phone jack intermittent. Told we need adapter to make it stereo. Still does work all the time. Have to play with the jack constantly. Ear phones are from racing electronics or e.a.r. inc. not cheap. We have replaced one of three we bought with a different brand already was not able to get it work for a complete race. Customer service was polite and understood the issue but did not have a solution.

Purchased head sets.w 2 pin radio connectors. Contacted RR i purchased correct wire 2 pin for my midland radios and a Btech radio. Midland would only key up if I pushed radio trans and head set trans button same time, no sound. Btech keyed up as soon as you plugged in set no sound. Swapped Mics no change. Sent wires head sets and radios back for tech support. Credited w wire set. Stated I needed a different mic (3rd) returned string both radios worked. Midland did good. Btech no joy. So I was hoping to use the betech lived decided that will be a base radio in field. So watch your type of radio. Service/tech department had radios about 2 weeks. Still don't understand why btech radio still keys up. My Midland in ear speaker w mic works but this was going to be for 4x4 riding.
