“Customer service was good. Wish I had stronger cables on radio I use on off road motorcycle. Radios bought from RZR Werks in Yuma, for Can Am X 3 are good. However, the plastic housing has faded to a gross discoloration that looks like diluted urine. X 3 stored inside. Not sure why the radio looks 20 years old.”

“Me and daughter ride dirt bikes in the woods and out in rugged trails. I ordered two gmrs radios moto max complete with the head set speakers and microphones and long range antennas. I was amazed on the clarity and reception. We communicated all day with no issues. If ur looking for well made radios that work I’d recommend rugged radios.”

“I had a terrible noise in my transmitted signal on my mobile tri-band Amateur (Ham) radio in my pickup truck so I decided to look into a filter to filter out any noise coming in through the 12 V DC wires. I ordered a filter for this from Rugged Radios and when it arrived I installed it and bingo the noise went away leaving my mobile with clean signals both incoming and outgoing. Thanks for a well built cure for my problem.”

“Great communication and customer service. Headsets are a great addition to my Polaris General. Makes communication and noise reduction much easier and clear. Although a little bit of an investment it is all worth the money.”

“The product seems good, and I appreciate that you are based in the US. However, the customer is paying a premium for a rebadged product that is available directly from the manufacturer at a significantly lower price. It would be nice to have additional justification for paying a premium.”
