I had a terrible noise in my transmitted signal on my mobile tri-band Amateur (Ham) radio in my pickup truck so I decided to look into a filter to filter out any noise coming in through the 12 V DC wires. I ordered a filter for this from Rugged Radios and when it arrived I installed it and bingo the noise went away leaving my mobile with clean signals both incoming and outgoing. Thanks for a well built cure for my problem.
