We use our radios for communication between our heavy rquipment operators. These radios take a beating, but have held up the past 4 years very well! We have had to replace the head strap a couple of times because the part that wraps around each earpiece is a little light on material. We have also had a small issue with the mic cord connection at the headset, but that is typical with what working conditions these radios are being put through. Overall we are COMPLETLEY satisfied with our purchse!!
