First, I would like to say thank you to Candice; she was professional and polite. I called to ask if the M1 handhelds were compatible with the M1 radios. I’m sure customers call and ask the same questions every day, but Candice answered it like it was her first time hearing this question. I appreciate that. Right after Candice asked what I was trying to accomplish. I mentioned to her I was just trying to talk to other vehicles without trying to break the bank. She gave me a bunch of recommendations, which is awesome! I ended up buying an M1 handheld, mount, hand mic, and an antenna extender. I will definitely come back in the future to purchase more items.
