Overall great experience. Rugged radio contacted me about my order that I had in my cart on line. Asked what was keeping from purchasing. After helping me get the right system together it was much less than what I had chosen. I bought it. When I had a technical issue service department guided me in the right direction to get my system fully functional. Looking to my first ride with family that has the same radios to make communication more enjoyable.
