Great service great product. Bought a pair of new BTH headsets to replace my 8 year old pair (that still work great) from a local utv dealer. One of the mics wasn’t working right. One of rugged’s team was out at a utv rally I attended. In 3 minutes he had the issue found and fixed.
Great employees. Great service. The service guy also went out and helped a stranded rider and got him and his rig back.
