The service and advice from Charmaine Ullberg was excellent although somehow, some of the instructions on my first installation were missed. The quality of the making has been excellent and I have shown others who have been impressed. I had two phases of blinds installed. In between the first and second the brand of blinds supplied changed so I was not able to match the colour or other minor details. This was not good. I found the new types were inferior quality eg a plastic chain instead of a cord although the price was similar. The plastic chain makes a terrible noise against the chain housing.
