“Great, prompt service. Measured well and gave great advice. Consulted on different colours and together we made the best decision. Our consultant came to measure for curtains however while there we discussed blinds. We deiced on blinds and we are so glad we did. They look streamlined and fresh. Installation was easy and quick. High reccommend.”

We were given advice on what materials would suit our home best, and were given a choice of a wide range of colours and styles. We recieved regular communication and knew exactly what stage we were at throughout the process. The installation was quick and the finishing product is amazing, our home feels so much different, we love it!”

“The initial measure up progress was great. It did take a little longer than expected for install, but it worked with our schedule in the end.
I was a bit dubious about having to pay the full amount before the install actually went ahead, and when there were issues with the install ( 1 roman not operational, and one track wrong length) it took 3 weeks and a few phone calls to get the job actually finished
This part was disappointing, as when they have all your money, there seemed no real rush to complete/fix up their errors”

“We chose to use Russells for our rental property as we had previously had great service when we updated the curtains in our own home. Sanne was excellent and very thorough when she came to the home to measure up and the installer was great as well. We mentioned that we would like the curtains to hang a bit lower and it was no problem for them to send someone to come and adjust the hooks so they hang at the right length. Would recommend Russells and use them again.”
