“Hasn't been the same experience we had when we covered the windows downstairs. We had missing shears, although we didn't notice them missing from the quote, that was not the issue. It took 3 installs to get the missed shears the correct length. Definitely gone down hill with there service in just a couple of years”

“Melissa was very professional, and showed my husband and I all the possibilities we could have for blinds in our house, Melissa was great with her communication with emails and informing us when the blinds would arrive. The man who came to install the blinds was also very professional and respectful . The blinds are perfect, and make the house look tidy.

“We chose Vienna bouquet velvet curtains with 3 layers of thermal with a woollen bump backing to keep the lounge warm during the cold Winter season. The custom made curtains are made from high quality material and are very luxurious and admired by all who come to visit! The curtains keep the house snug and warm. “We received our blinds after a 15 week wait for them to be made. When they arrived, one of the shutters was damaged. This then meant another 10 week wait. We were informed that no checks were done at the warehouse just prior to them being sent to us. If this had been done then we believe the damaged product would have been found.
While the end product looks fantastic, I found this extremely disappointing. When I asked if there would be any financial reimbursement for the inconvenience, we were told we could get a temporary 50% discount, which would need to be paid back later. We did not accept this as we found this to be a strange option.”
