“Since we purchased our house, (about 10 years ago), I have used Russells for all my furnishings. I have always found the staff very friendly and accommodating. The workmanship on the blinds has always been great and very cost effective. And the installers have done an excellent job too.
On this occasion, I wanted sheers for the lounge/dining area, curtains and sheers in the main bedroom and sheers in one other bedroom and a blind for the bathroom. (Just to let you know, I ended up purchasing another set of sheers and set of curtains).
On arriving, Natasha greeted me with a lovely warm smile when she entered my home and very respectful by removing her shoes before heading upstairs. I explained what I was intending to do, so we moved methodically from room to room, checking samples and making decisions along the way. What I loved about Natasha was that she was a true professional in her approach, talked through the various choices that I could have and guided me to a final decision without any stress. She worked conscientiously for the whole time she was here, going about her business without causing any disruption to me. We ran out of time as I had a luncheon appointment, so she came back on Monday to finish measuring up. Once that was done, I just wanted to check what I had ordered again, so she got the samples back out of the van to make sure that I was happy with my final decision.
I received the written quote from Natasha today and was surprised at the amount of work that she had put in. I was extremely happy with the final costings that she had managed to obtain for me.

“I like to wait a while before reviewing a product. After a few months of our new pull up/pull down blinds, We love them. In both rooms they have really changed how we use the space and how much light we can let in while still maintain our privacy. With blackout they are excellent for the bedroom.”

“We got both curtains and blinds. Blinds made and fitted as expected. Curtains however, fell well below expectations. Delayed, very poor communication and no updates without prompting. Then, once received some had to be returned due poor making. Hard to recommend.”
